Chung Fatt Kee (CFK Watch) was founded in 1946 by Chung Lai Chan, an enterprising migrant from China. Based in Kota Kinabalu, CFK Watch has grown to become one of Malaysia's most trusted luxury watch retailers. We remain a family-owned business and is now currently managed by our second- and third-generation owners.

At our boutique in Kota Kinabalu, you can discover a fine selection of Rolex Professional and Classic models, as well as a wide range of classic, sports, diving, and heritage-inspired watches from Tudor.

All Rolex and Tudor watches sold at CFK Watch come with an international five-year guarantee that will be completed and dated at the time of purchase.

CFK Watch is authorised to receive your Rolex and Tudor timepieces for servicing at the Rolex Service Centre. Equipped with the requisite experience, expertise and technical proficiency, the staff there will provide guidance on all aspects of care for Rolex and Tudor watches.

The costs and duration of servicing or repairing a watch are determined on a case-by-case basis. The staff at the Rolex Service Centre will acknowledge your requests before sending your watch for examination . An estimate of the work required will be provided for your approval before we proceed.

To ensure that your watch looks and performs optimally, keep it wound regularly, clean it often with a microfibre cloth, and avoid placing it near highly magnetised gadgets and objects. When not in use, your watch should be kept in a dedicated watch box, watch winder, or safe, and away from direct sunlight and magnetic fields.
